Les inséparables

The owners welcomed us very warmly, helping out with recommendations for places to go (and to avoid), and are overall just very kind people. We stayed in the separate cottage, its cosy and comfortable for two people, and has all the basics you might need. It’s a chambre d’hôte / B&B concept, so we were served a simple breakfast with the other guests. The upper level with the bedroom even has an air conditioner. It has a sunny terrace, separate from the rest of the property. There are a few pets that you might meet - dogs, cats, and even a parrot (that shyly says ‚coucou‘ when you greet it), but the animals will leave you alone if you‘re not interested in them. St. Pierre de Curtille is a small, calm village, but it has a restaurant and even vending machines for local products and pizza if you need to stock up without driving to the next supermarket. We found the whole place to have an overall very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We stayed for a week and felt very much at ease there.
