Great location, rooms were very modern and clean. Staff were fabulous to deal with.

Location, comfortable bed, friendliness of staff (Garry, the receptionist promptly called us to pick up the lost item found in the room, and was really warm, friendly, and patient with all our requests).
The heater could have been better (pre-conditioned to 26 deg only which is not warm enough).
Could have provided more milk in the public area for us to pick up instead of asking the receptionist.
Could have had more sockets around sofa and dinner desks area for charging.

We had an excellent time staying at Durham Apartments. Our experience has improved since our last visit. The room was as spacious as we expected, very clean and the beds were comfortable. The amenities were ample and we really appreciated the "open bar" situation for their consumable amenities.
The availability of nearby parking was our issue during our last stay, but this has improved now. There is still limited slots but no longer as few as before.

Very noisy all night lovely wake up at 4 in morning hearing the bottles and rubbish being done woke up all of us.
Noise and it has a main switch in lounge that if off you have only a lamp in room can't even have a light for the bathroom.
