Cozy condo, well decorated, nicely stocked kitchen , fun family games and books, beach chairs, modern feel. Beautiful property, dog friendly next to the beach and walking path.

Wish it was different management company, never ever want to rent through Vacasa again. First they didn’t provide the keys for the pool. Thankfully a sweet lady in the clubhouse was able to issue us one key even though it was the owners responsibility. Then on our second day after 48 hours stay electronic lock gave out and we were locked out on the street for hours with our 80 year old mother who needed her medicine. Vacasa would not help us to get back in as their office is out of state. Thankfully the clubhouse was still open and the sweet lady again was able to get a hold of housekeeper and after a while she was able to reprogram the lock and finally got in. But it was so terrible that I don’t wish it to anyone!

It had excellent beach access, everything you need, it was clean and comfortable!

Beautiful condo. Quick walk to the beach. Comfortable beds. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Nice to have the elevator.

It was beautiful and spacious. It was fully equipped and had a beachy feel! This property really makes you feel like you are on vacation. The beach is within walking distance and you have a beautiful view of the beach from this property.

The floors were full of pet hair. It was disgusting as our feet got dirty and clothes we put on the floor did as well. Some of the towels had long hair stuck to them and the main bath tub had mold. No access to the closet that had cleaning supplies, mop, broom etc as it only opened half way. It was a pain in the butt to open the door to the property with the code provided. It should have been ready for our arrival. Staff were rude and unprofessional. Last, I will never book through booking.com as they do not communicate properly with vacasa. I booked through them, and was sent a confirmation saying that everything was set, but when I called vacasa directly to make sure everything was ready for my arrival, they advised me that booking.com does not send them any notification of reservations or payment. I was told that there was no reservation and was still pending payment and verification questions to be approved. Would I had not called, I would have arrived to the property after driving 6 long hours just to find out there was no reservation for me. This needs to be corrected ASAP!!
