Lushy Hostel Nusa Penida

The staff were exceptional they know you by name and felt very family like. The food was great and everyone there was amazing. Such a warm and welcoming hostel. I would stop here again. Very good party hostel. Young vibe only. Not for relaxing e.c.t as the music and games are on until 11pm. The games were fun. The vibe was high all the time. Good that you can rent scooters from reception. Lots of excursions on offer. Not forgetting the resident stray dogs that are all vaccinated!

Marked down slightly for cleanliness. Down the side of the mattresses were dirty and the showers could do with a renovation. Some don’t work well, some were broken. The mattresses were clean but I think they all need taking out at some point and the bunks need hoovering rather than sweeping. The music is extremely loud on a Friday until midnight. I think think could do with being turned down slightly.

The WiFi in the private room is not stable, the bed seems not clean enough to me, can see the blot on it. The music is loud until 11pm, if you need a quiet place to rest, this is not a good choice.

The hostel it self was nice, the rooms a bit too tight but beds are big and comfortable, only weird thing when they tell you that they are friendly with drunk people…I mean, all good to be friendly with friendly humans but this specific sentence was really weird to read it in the papers you have to sign and accept in order to stay there… Anyway it was low season when I was there so even if everything seems too focused in getting drunk and celebrating drunk humans, at 11pm the silence is mandatory and everything is super quiet and chill. So overall a good place to stay
