LuangPrabang Pearl Hotel

Beautiful property, cute room, delicious breakfast, and greatest things at this hotel are warm hospitality by hotel staff. Especially Chang and a guy, I can’t thank you enough!! Always so kind and you guys are so professional !! Making arrangement of van to waterfall, checking high speed train time table, booking of sunset river cruise, Always so proactive and entertain us. You made my trip unforgettable!! I truly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Luang Prabang. The last night I stayed in a different hotel, but I preferred to stay at your place for entire week. Just 5-10 dollars difference and it will change your satisfaction of whole your trip.

Cannot watch TV due to fire of cable net company. It was not a fault at this hotel😄

What a great hotel! Super comfortable, big rooms with big bathroom! They upgraded us for free and gave us a welcome drink. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and you get a choice of smoothie as well, when we left for the slow boat one early morning, they prepared three huge takeaway boxes of food for our trip which was amazing! 🤩 . The pools was nice and chill in the evening with the lighting. The best thing about this hotel though is the staff, we met with a lady and the handsome Mr Chung, both exceptional in welcoming us, advising us and booking transport for us, they really went above and beyond with their hospitality, and the reason we kept coming back.

Honestly there was nothing

Everything! Chang, Cuong and the team are wonderful and welcoming, and never too busy to chat or offer local recommendations. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful, and the daily fresh fruit juices were very much appreciated after a busy day exploring.

Not a dislike as such, but the pools are quite deep and without shallow ends, so not really suitable for young children.

Super noisy, massive construction next door starts 6am till 5pm . Also power cuts 4 hrs in my room and not other part of hotel

Really noisy construction next door start very early and finish late afternoon . And people play loud music next to pool in afternoon
