Best Value hôtel in kuta lombok . I have been to 4 différents hôtels and this one has it all . Service rooms very clean , workers here very friendly and effective. My room was clean and i could ask to clean every 3-4 days.you just have to rent a bike to go in center is like 3 minutes by bike.

The staff were extremely helpful and truly went above and beyond. The owner, Veronica is just amazing and takes good care of her guests and staff. The location is also excellent for a rest away from the busy area but still close, very good security and clean modern rooms. Delicious breakfast served everyday for a time that suit guests, I’d recommend the banana pancake! I ended up extending my stay several times, no wonder it’s one of the highest rated accommodations in Kuta.

The bed was comfortable and the staff were fantastic — very friendly and helpful. They also made it easy for us to rent scooters, which was really useful.
Unfortunately, our ground-floor room next to the reception was not as clean as we expected. The bathroom was particularly small and quite humid, which made the stay less comfortable.
The location also means that having a scooter is almost essential, otherwise you will need to rely on taxis frequently.
Overall, a decent stay thanks mainly to the wonderful staff, but there is definitely room for improvement in the cleanliness and bathroom.
