Das Hotel ist super gelegen, sodass man die Innenstadt gut zu Fuß erkunden kann. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer hat eine gute Größe und ist komfortabel.

Das Frühstück hat Luft nach oben. Vor allem an unserem dritten Tag gab es morgens um 6:30/7:00 nur noch 6 alte Toastbrot, Brötchen und frisches Gebäck war nicht aufgefüllt. Das geht bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel nicht. Obwohl wir oft alleine beim Frühstück waren, war dem Personal ihre Unlust zu arbeiten stark anzumerken. Die Teller wurden überhaupt nicht abgeräumt. Das Omelett,welches man bestellen konnte, hat zwar lange gedauert, war aber gut. Zimmer zur Kirche hin können etwas laut sein durch die Kirchenglocke. Um 6 Uhr morgens kann dies stören.

Excellent location with easy walking to and within the historic center. The stars was very helpful with restaurant recommendations, booking airport taxi, providing extra towels, etc. The rooftop breakfast included eggs to order, yogurt, fruit, breads.

The location was great. Rooftop views were nice.

The bathroom was small and uncomfortable. When showering, water got everywhere. Room service did not fill complimentary waters for us during our stay so we resorted in having to pay. The hotel seemed to be under renovations or construction. No restaurant available. Material lying in hallways and random stove/oven unit in hallway. Massage was under par for the price point.
