A refaire!

The riad itself is beautiful and has all comfort needed.

The riad is not at the location in the medina indicated at booking.com, it instead is located in a tourist village outside of the medina (the tourist village itself is comfortable and pretty). This was not what we expected. The riad was not ready at 3pm as promised, the cleaning lady was only ready at 4h30, which was difficult as the riad is not in the city centre and we traveled with 3 (tired) young kids who really needed a rest. There was no access to the swimming pool - which however was promised in the welcoming message, and the lights of the dinner table were not working, so we had breakfast in the dark as we needed to leave early.
