Beware! May surot

NOTHING.

First, I booked a studio-type apartment but when we get there, we were led to a room which has bunk beds because the other room was lock and they don't have the key. I don't mind cause it's just me and the fam and there are enough bunk beds. But talk about unprepared! Why put a room available when they are not ready. And worse, may surot sa bed!! I killed 2 when I was there. And here's even worst, the unseen surot went home with me. So here I am itching with red spots in my limbs and I'm just about to burn my entire house. This booking is the worst. I shouldn't have been there.

The worst and horrible hotel existing in this world!

Zero. Rooms are gross including restrooms. Staff is not observing guest privacy they can enter to your room without asking permission. Noisy place and full of distractions. The staff didn't listen to a simple instructions. I will never ever recommend this horrible hotel!

Everything is horrible and ridiculous.

Disgusting

The worst place I've ever been over booking.com I booked with Aircon but they switched off the Aircon in daytime when it's hot to safe money. Bed-bottom was wooden planks some missing and falling down; dangerous. Mattress was superthin ,pillow was stinky and horrible smelling. I got laughed at from the "manager" she said "haha if you don't like it then go to booking.com. ! Unbelievable rude. in the Room were 11 people, (not 10) last one sleeping on the floor. Bathroom dirty, everywhere hair and dirty toilet Rubbishbin was full and Ron bottle next to. Aircon superloud, the bedframe was vibrating constantly. Room had no lock, everyone can enter. Worst place , the pre negative reviews from other customers were true.
