That we couldn't stay longer

The property is on the border of the village, so you have a bit of a view of the Karoo hills. We loved the massive sofa and the washing machine was really helpful. The kitchen has all the equipment and appliances you could wish for to cook even bigger meals.

1. That there wasn't a heater. During our stay temperatures dropped to 2°C and it got freezing cold inside. Would really have been nice to have at least a small heater to take out the worst icy edge from the room. 2. No wall socket close to the dining table or sofa to charge a laptop or phone. So if you want to use your laptop or phone for longer periods so that the battery runs out (watching TV series or working for a few hours) you have to stop using it, take it to where a wall socket is, wait for it to charge, and only then can you continue using it. An easy fix would be to provide an extension lead (that can also be used to move the heater close to where one is in the house).

It has everything you need and more. Great use of space, comfortable.

Everything. Perfect stay, very comfortable living in a well-furnished cottage. It has everything you need, down to ice in the freezer and board games for the family. We can't recommend this place more!
