The location is fantastic. We were close to the action of the palace but away from the noise of the palace. The apartment is very quiet and well appointed. We stayed with another couple and there was plenty of room. Grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants galore!
We would definitely stay here again.
Our host Goran was extremely responsive and gracious.

The location is great. Right across the street from access to Diocletian’s Palace. Also very handy to the ferry terminal, which we came by from Dubrovnik. The apartment was perfect for two couples.
Our first night we had a bunch of small ants in one of the bedrooms, so our friends slept on the really big couch. The host came the next day and fully changed the bedding and cleaned the room again. Seemed to solve the issue. We also had an issue with the A/C unit in the same room, which the host sorted out at the same time.
The place could also really do with a fresh coat of paint. Otherwise it was fine.
If you’re mobility challenged, then the stairs could be an issue for you as there is no elevator.
