All over its bad experience to stay this hotel … no good management :.. don’t waste your money to stay here same price you can get room anywhere near bukit bintang area .. and better hotels .. No water in the bathroom ..no water bottles in the room .. no towels … bedsheets smell bad … HK staff rude talk

The way the staff handling a situation, I and my 2kids stayed in a family room. There was no towel and asked for a help the staff at the reception told me will send it at 8.00am but they didn't do so even we asked for 3times. At last we have to use our own clothes to dry 3 of us body after bath. It was a bad morning and spoiled the mood.

Good location.

Ask for deposit Rm100 despite amenities provided not up to par. The receptionist quoted the Rm100 deposit is company policy but neither reflected during booking nor anywhere in the hotel.
