This was an extremely disappointing experience for my family and me. During our 4-night stay in the apartment, we faced a drain issue causing the shower to overflow, and the water was always ice-cold. The management's lack of transparency and failure to address the ongoing water problem, which had persisted for weeks, was the most frustrating part. They dismissed the issue as "out of their control" without acknowledging how it affected our stay. We didn't receive the service we paid for, and they refused the partial refund I requested. While the cold water was inconvenient, the management's lack of consideration and poor service were unacceptable. Dealing with them was both time-consuming and frustrating.

We were just travelling through, for our purpose it was more then ok. Appartement is clean, has a good bed, facilities for children and located close to a couple of nice restaurants.

The surrounding is a little bit noisy. We slept allright, but woke up sometimes of passing traffic or noises of the neighbouring building.

Excellent Location. Easy check-in. Friendly contact with the owner. Very clean, modern and central.
