At Old Town Aparthotel

It is a very convenient location in Old Town. There was good and timely communication from the online team. It was quiet at night. There is very efficient use of space in the room. Bed was comfortable.

It was a very small room (<12 m2)- which is tight for 3 or 4 people when you have several bags and lots of clothes. Also, we had to pay to keep our bags after check-out.

The property is located in the convenient spot with lots of touristic places nearby as well as public transportation

The street can get pretty loud and there is no AC so during summer months you need to sleep with window open

The location was very good. The christmas market was right opposite. There are nice breakfast places outside.

There was no contact from the host prior to arrival, so I had to email them to obtain the check-in details. I arrived at 11:30 p.m. The taxi could not enter the street, so l had to drag my luggage over the old paved roads, which was very noisy. A local resident told us that this was a residential neighborhood and asked us to stop making noise. When we finally reached the property, the check-in process was done via intercom, and it was a headache to activate the card especially arriving at this hour dead tired. It also turned out that this was not the room where we were staying, and we had to drag our luggage another 100 meters. The room was small, and the photos on Booking did not match what I had booked— the room was noticeably smaller. Once the futon was unfolded, it became very difficult to move around or use the space.
