Me encantan las instalaciones y el personal es muy amable. El desayuno es super bueno.

La ubicación es inigualable. El hotel es bonito, agradable, confortable, cómodo, con todos los servicios en las calles alrededor. El desayuno es muy rico y original. Y el personal del hotel es super amable y atento.

I enjoyed that this property was walking distance to almost everything. The room was spacious. The ambience of the property was beautiful!! The staff was really nice.
There was NO AC!! (very American, ik) however this impacted my level of comfort. It was very loud due to nightlife activity. I had to sleep with the balcony door open so there was cool air circulating the room, so it was even louder. The bathrooms are small. If ever to renovate (minimize the kitchen size to make a bigger bathroom)

The Pandora House is located in an excellent area. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, and the building itself has a modern and stylish appearance.
My room had very little natural daylight, and the entire building is quite noisy. While the noise from the rooftop bar was manageable, the constant door slamming by the housekeeping staff was particularly disturbing.
Room cleaning was rather superficial, bed linen and towels were also not properly clean. In addition, there were ongoing repair works during my stay, accompanied by a strong smell of paint or chemicals.
