For me, the highlight of my trip was this place because of the family that this place belongs to — they live behind the property.
They are the most nice and kind people I’ve ever met
I sat with them every evening and we talked for hours!
The rooms are basic but really sufficient if you're just looking for a place to shower and sleep. The place is very clean and equipped with everything you need, and the staff is very friendly and helps with anything you need.
I recommend sleeping on the upper floor, since the rooms on the lower floor are right on the pool and there isn't much privacy.

昔ながらの家の一角にあり、儀式用の供物を準備しているところなども見れ、ウブドの暮らしを感じた。また、オーナーご夫妻が片言の英語で、一生懸命に暖かく迎えてくれた。中心からも近く、飲食店に行くのが便利だった。

The room was big and the location was perfect, close to the center of Ubud but not on the busy street.
The staff was attentive, however, we stayed 5 nights and the room was only cleaned once (and because we requested it), after that, it was never cleaned again. The towels were only replaced once (when we also requested it). It has potential to be a great place, but they need to provide cleaning more often to the rooms, stairs and common areas.
