The location was excellent. Everything that we wne tro Melbourne for was within walking distance.
The communication between the host and guests was quick and polite.
The instructions were clearly written and had a video of the instructions being completed. This was great to read and see as we were well prepared when we were arriving to the property.
The pin for the lockbox was different in the booking.com conformation than the communication from host. If this was aligned or guests were advised first to use pin from host first, that would help.

Location was perfect! Getting to the parking was a little strange but clear instructions were given which in the end made it easier! We only needed the place to sleep was we were out and about most of the day so overall suite four needs. A little pamphlet was provided providing ideas of things to eat and do which was a nice touch.
Two of the bedrooms were good but the third smaller room was not. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the linen was thin and you could see the mattress directly underneath which was unnerving, the bed cover looked like it had a little bit of mould or something on it so the person in this room ended up sleeping on the couch for most of the stay.
