Only the location nice

There is cockroaches inside the room , the linen not clean and the bathroom not clean and there is worms inside the bathroom . The staff been rude

The toilet very bad. No cleanliness at all. The toilet smelly. I request late checkout. There are multiple staff. In the morning I ask the price MYR25/hours. The afternoon staff said only MYR20/hours. Last 3 month I stay same place late checkout only MYR 10/hours, the hotel not bad as now. Current one very very bad. Asking for receipt, no receipt. They just saying the price follow their own and no base price for late checkout. Very terrible. Not recommended to stay here.

Ada kedai makan yang sedap di kawasan berhampiran hotel. Air coway ada disediakan.

Cadar, selimut dan sarung bantal lusuh. Rasa seperti tidak dicuci. Ada seorang staff/guest yg membuatkan saya rasa tidak senang dan tidak selamat.

Personally I think is in average. 2 Floor is not that noise not sure about other floors.

We book 4 days in advance before we arrive here. However, the management is upset us with their non responsibility on customer check in time as the booking stated 12.00am can check in, but the fact is we need to check in at 2.00pm. Okay, that’s fine, if that in case, management can beware us with message/ email, but they didn’t state it anything with any platform. So, please, please, please, arrange the booking time in system properly and accordingly to avoid the mistake of time arrangement of customer and their own property staff.

The aircond cooling is nice.. Easy to find the hotel location

We parked the car outside the hotel there is government parking It seems we arrived late about 2am the counter staff didn't even tell us the parking must have coupons or they provide coupons or any advice on that I parked when the. The next day I checked out my car was summoned. The counter man is so rude . The room toilet sink has a bad smell. The toilet is too small and the blanket is not clean spotted black.

surprisingly good. room is clean n well equip, even not luxury but well equipped. mattress n pillow is clean. bathroom is a bit small but enough. even the room itself also small but enough. wifi n internet is great, can watch netflix from laptop. have muslim food court about 50 meters (walking distance). their goreng goreng is so good. hehehe... ample parking space n quite safe.

almost nothing. maybe because they dont have elevator but u may ask for ground floor room if u have an issue with stairs.

Big bed. Very clean.
