Clean, functional &Nicely packaged apartment
Property management failed to respond to an issue we had while staying at the apartment - even after we contacted their after hours number.

How close it was to everything, even within walking distance of York Cathedral. The bed was so comfy. The facility to control the heating. Free private parking. Quiet and very clean. Proper comfortable seetee. Clear instructions and regular updates. Overall a fantastic experience would definately return.
Bedroom radiator not working
No Ironing board
No long mirror (for the ladies)
Shower a bit difficult to navigate
No shower mat

Didn't have breakfast so can't comment, and the location was very good.
The car park wasn't easy to find, you really did need to watch the video first! Also, the heating was a bit hit and miss, on 2 days to radiators did not come on at all in the evening and had to be made to come on. Finally the apartment was moden but very plain, could do with some personalition, such as cushions, a print over the bed head, a few pots and/or fake plants would have helped.
