Location, easy checkin/out and clear directions on checkout.
Unit was very hot when we arrived from warm temps outside and curtains were open which didn’t help. It took a while to cool down the unit. Also compressor on fridge was very loud and ran for a long time before it shut off. I kept curtains drawn and the unit was more tolerable for the rest of our stay. Since we we were there for a soccer tournament, we were gone all day and from what I could tell, neighbors were quiet.

Central location, easy to get around
Adequate for our purposes, a few hiccups but overall worked out well
Not well equipped for 4, only 3 plates, and no dish towels. But host answered our concerns quickly and it all worked out
