The apartment was truly comfortable, featuring two bathrooms—ideal for our two families. It has high ceilings and modern furnishings, comfortable beds, good water pressure, and is clean and well-lit; the kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. There is also a small balcony with a view of the river. We were able to make a great breakfast because the fridge and cupboards were stocked with everything necessary for a hearty meal. We found eggs, butter, milk, and more in the fridge, and could make either coffee or tea. Bread was provided as well, and we could toast it. There were cereals, jams, various cookies—too many things to list. There was a strong Wi-Fi signal in every room. Air conditioning in the rooms was very useful, as it was very hot in Tuscany—around 30°C. A spacious, affordable public paid parking lot is located nearby, outside the ZTL (restricted traffic) zone, so finding a spot was no problem. Communication with the host, Eli, was easy; she responds quickly to questions. Before our arrival, Eli sent detailed information about staying at the apartment.

The apartment is on the second floor - please note there is no elevator, so you have to climb narrow stairs. However, this didn't really affect our one-day stay.

Great location - walkable, quiet, secure. Ability to drop off bags early.

Nothing - it was all good

A continental breakfast was provided and it was really good m, lots of items and plenty of choice, can’t think of anything else we needed, the apartment was really nice and had everything we needed for a base to explore Pisa and was a 30ish minute walk to the leaning tower and other attractions, the train station was a 15 min walk and the restaurant recommend by Eli our host was about a 5 minute walk, Eli was always available on WhatsApp for anything we needed and answered any questions we had even booking us a taxi to take us to the airport when we left , we arrived we arrived well before check in time but we able to leave our luggage while we went to explore the area, the walk along the river was lovely and bonus was when we got back our luggage had been out in the apartment ( great service)

It would benefit from having more seating in the lounge area as there was only a 2 seater sofa so we couldn’t all use it although I do understand that as it wasn’t a big room it would be difficult to add more Other than that everything was perfect

Great self check in instructions. Plenty of food for breakfast. Spacious and clean

No lift so a bit of a challenge getting 4 cases to apartment 4, but we managed.
