L'appartement est dans un coin calme (rien à voir avec Hongdae) mais cependant à proximité, 5-10 minutes à pied, de petits commerces et de restaurants. TV, WIFI, lave-linge (très moderne), climatisation, coin cuisine, frigo, 2 chambres séparées, salle de bain avec douche. Il y a des arrêts de bus pas loin (402, 405, bus vert), ce qui permet de rejoindre l'appartement sans devoir gravir la côte depuis le bas - appréciable après une longue journée de visites. Le métro (Noksapyeong) est à une dizaine de minutes. Joe a été un hôte attentionné, à l'écoute de nos questions et remarques.

Ce ne sont pas des défauts, mais des remarques qu'il faut avoir en tête : le quartier est en pente, les côtes sont parfois raides. Pas de problème pour descendre, mais pour revenir il est plus facile de venir "par le haut" (bus, voir l'autre commentaire). Par ailleurs Uber fonctionne assez bien. Sinon le manque d'ensoleillement peut surprendre (fenêtres occultées) mais on comprend vite pourquoi : quand il fait chaud c'est une bénédiction. Cette pratique est répandue à Séoul - encore une fois ce n'est pas une critique, mais une remarque sur un point qui peut frapper le visiteur non averti.

My stay at this apartment was fantastic! Coming to Seoul and finding a place like this makes all the difference. It’s a private apartment with two bedrooms, which gives you plenty of space and comfort. What surprised me the most was how well-equipped it was. It had all the amenities I could possibly need, from an iron for clothes to a professional-grade hairdryer, which I highly appreciated. On top of that, everything was spotless and super clean. The location is excellent—very central and situated in a very traditional and authentic neighborhood, which is ideal if you want to experience the real Seoul. To top it all off, the host is incredibly sweet . If I ever come back to Seoul, I will definitely stay here again. It is absolutely worth it!

Kändes lokalt, mysigt område. Bra utrustad i lägenheten med det som behövs.
