It’s near from Hapjeong station, Sangsu Station, 7011 Bus, Daiso, many cafes & convenience stores, and most of all, I didn’t expect that the red road with cherry blossom is here 😭 The place is clean and same with the photos shown.
It’s on the 3rd flr so dont bring heavy luggage if you’re alone. No water dispenser so you have to buy your own drinking water. please clean the bathroom sink.

We had a comfortable stay.
We booked it because the recent reviews were good and the price was quite cheap.
When I asked the host, he said that the bad reviews were written a long time ago, before the interior renovation. As he said, it seems to have been remodeled relatively recently.
I was worried because there were no pictures of the bathroom, but the floor tiles were as clean as new.
As a result, we were very satisfied with the accommodation.
The streets can be confusing at night. The photos the host sent helped us find the accommodation.
The exterior looks like an old building, but the interior is clean and well-decorated. Keep in mind that you have to climb a few stairs, but not many.
