We were warmly welcomed by the host, who personally showed us to the apartment. The check-out process was extremely smooth as well, thanks to the host’s availability and responsiveness.

The apartment is located directly on the main road, where cars pass continuously throughout the day and night. As this is the only and main road in the area, the traffic is quite heavy, and the apartment was extremely noisy even with the windows closed. As a result, we were unable to sleep properly or relax during our stay. Shortly after our arrival, we contacted the host and asked whether it would be possible to move to another apartment. Unfortunately, he was not willing to assist us, even though there were three other apartments available for booking in the same hotel during the same week. We were not asking for a refund or any compensation; we simply expected some assistance in finding a quieter apartment. We have stayed at this hotel for four consecutive years and have always had a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, this was the first time we had such an unpleasant stay, which was particularly disappointing given our previous experiences. Additionally, for the first time, we were charged an extra €10 per day for our dog. This was also disappointing, as we had never been charged this additional fee during our previous stays.
