Location to the park was brilliant. Undercover parking. Huge, well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Smart TV. Massive shower.

Having a washing machine would be very helpful. DVD player had no remote and didn’t connect properly to the tv. Check-in was a very clunky process. I had to communicate with 3 people to get checked in properly, which didn’t end up happening until after we’d arrived at the property.

Great location. Beds were comfortable

There was only one toilet that is located in the bathroom downstairs. If you need to use it during the night you have to go all the way down stairs and to the far side of the apartment. The main areas were clean, but there was a lot of dirt visible under the cupboards and fridge. The bathroom also had some mold.

Liked everything about the property. Well thought out design and it was very comfortable in every way. Excellent presentation and host doing extra things to make it even more welcoming. I visit Glen Innes for short stays regularly and will always be looking for availability. Great location and very very quiet. Was also really homely. I’d buy the apartment if it was for sale!!!

Nothing during my stay that I didn’t like.

Got in after dark

Only a double bed , small bathroom and people living above were very noisy walking around .
