Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have rented from Black Hills Adventure Lodging and we will look to them in the future again. This is a nice home with ample space for everyone. All in all this is a nice property, you should be aware that there are allot of stairs and all but 2 of the bed areas are on the 3rd floor, also because it is a large home and has 3 levels the air conditioning does not do much for the upper "master" the upper windows are wonderful for the light but also radiate allot of heat with no blinds. If you like it cool I suggest staying in the basement bedroom. The kitchen has a good amount of supplies for cooking and a nice amount of seating. There were a few chairs in the basement and a screen in the living area that needed some maintenance BUT with rentals maintenance seems to ongoing, these are minor things. I contacted the rental company to make them aware as these are not things that affected our stay but I wanted to make them aware. They were appreciative for the information. Nice house, great rental company! Nice area!

This home is beautiful; exactly as described. Very clean. The host was responsive to all our questions prior to our stay and during. We have stayed in this area 4 of the last 5 years and this house is our favorite. Great set up huge deck with seating for 8. Hot tub was clean and ran perfectly. Plenty of room for family time. Games galore. Wish I could rate higher than 5 stars!

The home is just beautiful! It fit our group perfectly. We had 4 couples for a weekend of sxs trail riding. We would definitely rent again!

While the house manager was great with communication and the check in process was easy, the cleanliness of the house as a whole was less than desirable with dirty linens and dirty/wet bathmats. After stripping the beds and doing laundry as soon as we arrived to put our minds at ease, we were able to enjoy the peaceful location. Some highlights for us would be the hot tub, grill and having a propane fire pit out on the deck that was big enough to have all of our friends around at the end of a long day of bike riding. A great setting to unwind with a cold drink in hand.
