In questo luminoso appartamento nel cuore di Roma, al terzo piano di un palazzo storico con ascensore, assaporerete la vita autentica della città, a un passo dalla bellissima Piazza Campo de' Fiori, luogo di grande importanza e rilevanza storica.
Tre camere, due bagni, grande salotto, studio e cucina accessoriata, per un indimenticabile soggiorno.
Questo appartamento è adatto a famiglie e gruppi di amici, grazie ai suoi grandi spazi che permettono condivisione e privacy allo stesso tempo.

L'appartamento è composto da un ampio ingresso, in cui è posizionato un tavolo da pranzo per sei persone. sul lato sinistro della casa c'è un doppio salotto, con 3 divani e una bellissima e grande libreria, dove troverete libri e giochi da tavolo. Nella seconda zona del salotto c'è un divano e una poltrona, con la televisione. Le tre camere da letto sono tutte doppie, in due è presente una comoda scrivania, e tutte hanno la TV. Una delle camere da letto ha un bagno en-suite, con toilet e doccia. L'altro bagno si trova nel corridoio principale, e ha anche la vasca. La cucina è molto grande e accessoriata, è perfetta per preparare pasti, dalla colazione alla cena. L'appartamento dispone di aria condizionata, WI-FI, e ascensore. La vista da ogni lato è splendida, dalle finestre si possono ammirare i caratteristici tetti di Roma. Questo è certamente un plus che renderà il vostro soggiorno romantico e indimenticabile.

First the good! The location and size of this apartment cannot be beat! You can walk to everything and it’s so convenient. The apartment itself is beautiful, flooded with light and a relaxing retreat after busy days. The windows do a good job of blocking the noise from the street and square below. There is an apartment above so any noise is from footsteps, to be expected in an apartment. The elevator worked perfectly and was a nice to have when we were tired from walking. So much great food right outside your door!!There were a few negatives. The apartment was not as clean as I would have hoped upon arrival (we have light hair so dark hair in the floor jumps out at me), nor after the cleaners came mid-stay. Dust bunnies were blowing around in the floor when the windows were opened. One night, there was a leak upstairs, with water on the floor of one of our bedrooms and in the kitchen but nothing was offered to help cleanup or for the inconvenience of dealing with it. The items my daughter had left on the floor were soaked with who-knows-what, which was gross. A maintenance worker entered the apartment to access a storage area while we were there without knocking, which I found really alarming. Last, we arrived expecting a tub per the listing but they must have renovated, there are two showers.The apartment would be perfect if these things were corrected for future visitors. Obviously the leak was out of their control but I do think it could have been handled better.

You are in the middle of shops, cafes, restaurants, and beautiful plazas, museums, and walking distance to just about every major attraction. One of the main reasons we are giving this experience 5 stars is the service and attention we received to our requests for minor issues we had that were resolved immediately! For us staying here with our Moms, that are in their 90s was an amazing surprise. Thanks!!

Excellent location where most key places to visit are a 20’ walk. Apartment had everything we needed, beds slightly hard for my taster, but nice hot showers and appreciated little things like water and coffee and soap in the showers.
