This house was actually awesome!! We had a group of 15 college kids and it comfortably held all is us. The heated pool was so nice for night swims and the porches were sweet hang out spots. The walk to the beach was so easy and the beach itself is so nice!! There was even a volleyball court right by the beach access. The house was very clean and no one ever complained about the layout/house features. The kitchen was neat and easy to use. Would definitely want to come back!!!

the house was amazing and the decks and patios are perfect for large groups. the pool heater broke when we got there but the owners tried everything to get someone to come fix it.

We had a great stay! Really enjoyed the awesome pool and it was nice to have access to both a grill and smoker for cooking. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that the garbage disposal was leaking water when we showed up and wasn’t able to be fixed during our stay. Other than that would definitely come back!

One of the best properties we've stayed at! The owners were incredibly helpful, letting us come by early to drop off a few things before picking up some of the group at the airport. Additionally, the house was well stocked with all of the amenities we needed (kitchen supplies, beach supplies, etc.) and in a great location. Will definitely look to stay here again when back in HHI!

We generally rent a house for a week together. We had never been to Hilton Head Island and rented this house based on the VRBO description. Our group amounted to 14 (8 adults and 6 children). The house and property were just right for our needs and the level of cleaniiness was excellent. The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with (thanks Rick).

We (4 families) totaling 17 persons had a wonderful time in HHI and the 29 sandcastle ct home was comfortable, pleasant and an incredible home away from home!!! Very spacious and accommodating for everyone. The outdoor living area was wonderful, specifically the patio and pool. The owners, Rick and Denise were quite responsive and helpful when minor issues/questions arise. Very grateful to them for having us stay at their home.

What a terrific place to stay. The owners were lovely and thoughtful, the house stocked with everything you need, minutes from the beach, fun group setting fir swimming, cooking out and relaxing. Made the perfect place for family memory making! Thanks Rick and Denise!!

This house was perfect for 4 families! We had kids under 2 and it couldn’t have fit us better. The pool was great for days we wanted to stay at the house. And the walk to the beach was super easy. Rick was very quick to respond and helpful with suggestions. The house also has everything you need for little ones, no need to pack a ton! We definitely will be back!

This home was amazing for our family of 12 with kids ranging from 6 through 13. It’s an easy half a mile walk to the beach! The house was well equipped with everything we needed. That includes the kitchen, beach chairs, pool toys, etc. The heated pool was perfect for the kids to play.
The multilevel home also allowed everyone a little separation when needed. We couldn’t of been more pleased with the check in process and the communication with the owners.
This home is an A+!

Rented the property for a 4 day stay and golf trip. Enjoyed the entire experience. Host answered all questions before and during trip. Would reccomend renting this for a large group or family
