The house was beyond our expectations! It was perfect for our large family. Lots of room while providing privacy when needed. The house and accommodations were well thought out and all upscale! Our host, Rebecca is an excellent communicator and very friendly. We were well informed of check-in and checkout. Everything was seamless. Thank you! Would definitely recommend the rental and our host. Thank you

The communication was promot and very detailed. I was notified on time and responses were quick. However, the lack of supplies a house should have been stocked with and the condition of the basic necessities should be addressed. Pans were in horrible condition. A listing with beds for 29 people should have dishes to go along with that number. A skillet would have been fantastic. The water temperature in the kitchen wouldnt clean any dishes, although the lacknof soap made that hard anyway. There were no kitchen towels or hot pads. So cleaning up was really difficult. I had to actually boil water in the frying pan to clean the bacon grease. I called and asked for some of these supplies and a delivery of a couple kitchen towels and frying pans were delivered within a couple days. I have never had to supply my own toilet paper and was supprised at the amount if things I would need to make our stay more comfortable. I rent a lot of homes and while shampoo and conditioner are not supplied at all places, dish soap, hand soap in the kitchen, cleaning supplies have been a ailiable. The downstairs kids room with the side had a lot of bugs on the floor and in the bathroom. The drawer under the stove was disgusting and if I would have had some dishsoap to clean the cookies sheets I might have used them. So many small things you could add to make guests feel more at home. The wifi would have been great if we could have had access to the router. Beds were comfortable .Needs some care.
