This place is big and really cool with lots of historic charm. It's right in the heart of Grand Rapids and close to everything. 5 employees stayed here while working in GR and they loved coming back to this beautiful house. It was well stocked with everything needed and Rueben accommodated us with a couple extra nights when we needed it.

Perfect for what we needed. Eight people in town for a wedding.

Great stay! Clean and easy

The host was very good about communicating with us. They responded quickly to any questions. We had three issues with our stay. We noticed immediately that as we walked across the floor, everyone's feet or sock became very dirty. The rest of the house seemed clean. The AC took about 12 hours to catch up, and never really cooled the upper level. We experienced quite a lot of noise in the evening from below us. We were not informed that there would be other people in the house at the same time. Since we could hear them, we are sure they could hear us. This is really something that should be disclosed to guests before booking. We enjoyed our visit to Grand Rapids, but are not sure we would recommend this property.
