Clean, great view of Gulf.

Amazing gulf views! Clean comfortable condo right on the beach in Destin.

Really enjoyed the space and amenities this property offers. Check in was very simple and they even allowed us to check in a few hours early which was highly appreciated!Communication with the owners was great throughout our stay although we didn’t need them for anything. We did see a few tiny creatures in the unit during our stay and there was a decent amount of trash around the grounds outside our unit so we did our best to tidy up and keep things clean which was no big deal. The unit comes with a pack and play although we had our own. Plenty of cookware available in the kitchen and overall everything in our unit worked not burned out lights or faulty AC.One of the big perks of this place is its central location in Destin. We never had to go more than 15 mins to find anything during our stay which was nice. The beach service guys were pretty good and did a great job keeping people out of our private area so my family always had space to setup our chairs and umbrellas. We were here for the 4th so it was very busy all along the beach but our little private section stayed clear the whole week. One of the big highlights was getting to watch the fireworks right on the beach at night which was very exciting but can be a lot for small kids. Overall really enjoyed it and working with Oceanreef.

This was a lovely location on the beach but not well appointed. No beach chairs or beach towels available to guests. We all flew in for the trip, so we weren't able to bring beach chairs. We called the chair service, recommended by rental company but they told us they couldn't accommodate us necause it's too late in the season.
