My husband and two daughters stayed for marathon weekend. The customer service prior to check in was excellent. No issues with check in once arrived. Beautiful view of the pool/lazy river. Enough space for us to spread out and the location to the parks was a big plus. Would stay again.

Our recent stay at Wyndham Bonnet Creek was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything about this rental exceeded our expectations. First and foremost, the communication with the hosts, Karen and Ron Hoge, was exceptional. They were warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful, making us feel valued and well taken care of even before our arrival. Though we had originally booked a 2 bedroom condo, shortly before our stay, we were offered a complementary upgrade to a luxury 4 bedroom Presidential Reserve. A few family members had recently been evacuated due to Hurricane Milton, so I gratefully accepted the upgrade and, WOW, were we excited! Upon entering the property, we were astonished by its opulence! Words simply cannot do this place justice – gorgeous furnishings and décor, spacious bedrooms, spa like baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and a huge walkout balcony! SPECTACULAR! The resort itself is amazing with its lush grounds, multiple pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, cabanas, restaurants, poolside eateries, as well as mini golf, volleyball, picnic areas, and playground, not to mention an easy check-in process, friendly staff, convenient wristbands for room and elevator access, and an onsite concierge. Thank you, Karen and Ron, for your extraordinary communication and warm, friendly service! Your hospitality is truly unlike anything we’ve ever experienced! We look forward to booking with you again soon at Wyndham Bonnet Creek or one of your other VRBO properties!

This is our favorite place to stay while in Orlando. The property is very relaxing and beautiful. It is also very close to all things Disney. We were upgraded to the Presidential Suite and it was fabulous!! We got to see fireworks from our balcony. Hopefully we will be returning next year.

Karen was amazing to work with and so helpful. She went above and beyond to help me find what we needed when the original listing I was looking at was booked. She stayed in touch throughout which was comforting as I am new to using vrbo. I can't say enough great things about the resort too. It was very clean and super easy to navigate. So many pools that it never felt crowded but my daughter was still able to make friends to swim with. The on-site restaurants were delicious and they were easily able to accommodate my daughter's peanut allergy. Can't wait to plan our next trip!
