Peaceful, well maintained, clean property with a beautiful garden. Birds came to visit every morning and seeing the sun coming up is Mother Nature at its best. Close to IGA Snug for grocery shopping. Went on Day trips to the Margate train and Kingston beach. Ferry to Bruny Island down the road. If you want to escape city life this is the place to go to.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Clocktower. It was lovely to arrive late and come in to a cosy, warm space. The cottage was spacious, clean and had everything we needed, including electric blankets and a wood heater. Was absolutely delightful to see wallabies outside the window in the morning! There are also multiple coffee shops within a 2km radius.
Briefly met the owner on our second day and found them friendly and helpful.

2nd time we have stayed here just love the location and so peaceful. So lovely to see the paddy melons running around nature at its best. Beds so comfortable and so nice to have a fireplace with plenty of wood available on site. Great location.

Had difficulty locating our unit from driveway parking spot, as door to unit was on the blind side of the building and there was no signage or numbers to tell us which was our unit. Some signage pointing to appropriate unit would have been helpful.
