The apartment was lovely and cosy, we had a slight issue with getting access which was probably user error but the issue was sorted very quickly. The apartment was in a great location and the facilities were perfect. Beds were comfortable and sofa was a good size for chilling in the evenings. TV had great reception and WiFi was great! Would definitely recommend!!

The apartment wasn't dirty by any means however the ensuite bathroom had a few cobwebs in the corner behind the door - the shower in the ensuite kept filling with water as I think the drain is blocked. Behind bedside cabinets had dust (only noticed as was plugging in phone charger) but this would not stop me from staying again!

Appartamento come da foto. Comfort e ambiente ti mettono al proprio agio per un soggiorno piacevole in sicurezza e serenità. Ce tutto quelli che serve, dal WiFi, al phone al aspirapolvere, asciugamani, clima regolabile a vostro piacimento, lavatrice, forno, microonde, forno a corrente per cucinare pietanze. Due camere e due bagni spaziosi, salotto e cucina open space. 10 min dalla stazione bus e 15 min a piedi dalla stazione dei treni. Ho avuto problemi con la app per accedere all'appartamento, ho chiamato il numero per le emergenze indicato nel messaggio dell' host, e in meno di 1 minuto ho risolto( ho un pessimo inglese). Quindi anche sotto questo aspetto top! Consigliatissimo.

Se vi fosse stata anche la ascigatrice, sarebbe stato proprio perfetto.

Good location, apartment was lovely, I could happily live there. Parking right outside was a bonus. Close to bus station.

Some of the window frames were a bit distorted so we couldn't close them. Door locking mechanism took a long time to lock which would be a problem for someone who's anxious.

The location is excellent and the space itself is nicely furnished with everything you might need. Overall, the apartment has lots of potential and could be a fantastic stay if it received a deep clean, some repairs, and refreshed linens. For those who aren’t particular, it might still work well, but for guests expecting spotless and well-maintained conditions, this may be disappointing.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness and upkeep fell short of expectations. The kitchen cabinets had greasy fingerprints all over and crumbs inside. The bathrooms also needed attention: while the sinks and showers were okay, the toilets hadn’t been cleaned, one shower drain was very slow, and there were cobwebs on a bathroom wall. The shower/tub tracks could also use a good scrub. Other maintenance and comfort issues also stood out. The extraction fan wasn’t working in one of the bathrooms, and the handle on a bathroom window was broken, making it difficult to close properly. In addition, noise from the upstairs unit carried through quite a bit — we could hear people walking and flushing the toilet. Smaller details added up too: dusty furniture, towels that have turned grey with age, one stained pillow, and a bathroom window that didn’t close properly.
