The hotel is located directly at the beach. We stayed at one of the 6 beautifully designed bungalows and woke up with a view on the sea. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the bed is incredibly comfortable. Apart from the modern and minimalist rooms, the staff working at Swell is just great. Everyone is kind and looking after you. Overall there is a very chill and happy vibe.

Beautiful location with superb staff - an exceptionally happy place to be! Christmas 2023 spent at the Swell Shacks was a fantastic experience - a modern, minimalist development of 6 self contained king sized rooms. Perfectly situated overlooking the beach and a surfers paradise. In addition to the comfortable beds, crisp linens, air conditioning, and daily housekeeping is the service provided by a fantastic, friendly and well trained group of hospitality professionals. What makes this property special is the happy, affable and jovial staff that go out of their way to create a relaxed guest experience. The Swell Shacks are 2 meters away from the popular Swell Cafe (run by the same operator) that produce well crafted meals, consistently good, in a friendly low key vibe. Highly recommend a minimum of 3 nights at this special property and it's wonderful team of merry men!
