Muong Hoa River View Homestay

Halley, who was our first point of contact was an amazing host. She was very attentive and genuine. Must have been the best host my wife and I have ever had the pleasure of communicating with. The rest of the staff at the facility were all really kind and attentive. The pool was amazing. The views were amazing. The room was comfortable and clean. The menu had enough option as well. Breakfast was also lovely.

The bed was rock hard. I struggled to sleep. The bathroom was a little bare with no soap holder in the shower. The main lights were way too bright in the room. The room did not have it own bar fridge. The staff that did the messages were not really focused. Checking her phone throughout and her phone was vibrating constantly on the bed I was laying on. A little far out of the city centre.

We didn't realize how high up the hotel was until we woke up above the clouds.

The view is truly breathtaking, we would go back just for that. The two ladies that work at reception in the morning spoke good English and were truly interested in making our stay memorable, they helped us make some phone calls and provided options. The bed was comfortable and the room was pretty. The private transport service they offer for a good price to LC train station. The buffet breakfast had plenty of options and was good. The swimming pool was nice.

Communication with the afternoon / night shift is hard, not even the reception speaks English. We ordered food 1.5 hours before our departure and the food took 40 minutes to arrive: we ordered two soups but only one came out, and after a while we received our ribs as well. We had to finish everything quickly and go. There were three people working in the kitchen and we were the only ones at the restaurant. I had a massage and the masseuse was making phone calls and scrolling on her phone while massaging me, which meant she constantly had to stop to scroll. At some point I had to ask her to stop using her phone but it was truly unprofessional. It wasn't cheap either. I had a herbal bath and found plenty of others' hair in the water and the sauna wasn't working at first, and when fixed it was pumping out either burning hot or not hot at all vapour. When communicated, they offered a free sauna (30k) which wasn't working anyway.

La posizione è molto bella e la vista dalla camera familiare al piano più alto è magnifica.

La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare, ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è accettabile.
