It’s quite spacious and well located outside london if you wish to be away from the city noise. Close to several shops on a high street and good linkages to london through several buses.
The stairs were a bit unsafe especially that we had a 2 year old baby. But what could have been better is the support staff who hardly respond to any complaints and when they do hardly resolve them. Plus

Good location. Receptive host, who acknowledged my concerns.
Poor state of the house. There was a broken door left in the hallway for the duration of our stay. Several household essentials were missing. Lots of cosmetic repairs are sorely needed. The door latch was broken and we were locked out of the property at one point. The host did address a couple of these issues but still disappointing that this happened to begin with.
