Nicely appointed. Great that bedding and towels were provided. Clean bathroom and toilets. Kitchen clean and had everything we needed. Location was a short walk to the main activities, and very close to the Thames estuary.
The carpet in the lounge could have done with a hover and there was bits on the sofa throws. When we opened the pull out bed there was wrappers and crumbs and a couple of old chips down there. The bed itself was very thin.

Lovely home from home stay
As we were staying in the heat wave .. the excess heat! The very rude man on the gate when he realised we booked through yourselves
