The condo was conveniently located at a 5 minute walk from the boardwalk. It’s located almost perfectly by the middle pier so it’s convenient if you plan to spend most of your trip on the boardwalk, at the beach, water parks, rides, etc. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Having two full sized bathrooms was also great for showering and getting ready as a family. The pool was very clean and has a nice area for the little kids. We didn’t utilize it but there is a laundry room right next door. We would definitely stay here again!

Host was accessible and helpful getting us into our rooms. No problem with that. Host was also communicative about our initial troubles with the door lock, gently reminding us of the correct procedure. No problem after that.

I can’t really complain about the apartment. Vibes were cute, the daughters gushed over the space, and everything was comfortable. 2 bathrooms were a definite plus. If there was anything that was subpar it was the sofa. It’s about worn out.

It was very close to the Barefoot Country concert venue at the beach

The outside of the property was a little run down and the last night we had a bunch of young boys occupy the condo next door and they were loud and left food and beer cans scattered outside our condo and hall area which we picked up and disposed of…

How close it was to the board walk and really anything else. The laundry was close by our room as well. It was quiet at night so my youngest could rest. I had an unexpected death in the family and our original stay was from June 28th until July 13th. I contacted the owner because our check in was on a Saturday and my grandfather's viewing and funeral wasnt until Monday and Tuesday and she was so sweet and kind and helpful! I thought all was lost or we would get in trouble or loose our reservation for our vacation but that was not at all the case!! She gave her condolences and offered a refund for what would be the unused days and that meant the most to us as a family as well as her doing a great job with communication! Everyone should definitely stay here when being in the area, its extremely affordable and the owner is so sweet!!! The place was also very clean!!! Only place we will go back to now.

The nasty old lady around the corner next to us that was a permanent resident. She was nasty towards all of us especially towards my youngest son while he was playing in the pool for no reason at all. We have 3 things completely stolen that we left right out side our room, all brand new too. A pair of swimming trunks, a pair of flip flops and my son's new shark toy, all new and all gone within the first few days we were there!!!
