Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the property. The location is fantastic for families, and the home itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It was a great place to spend time together and we appreciated the care that has clearly gone into the property. There were a couple of maintenance issues during our stay, including the digitally operated shower, which wasn’t functioning properly at first. The hosts did send someone out to address it, and we appreciated their efforts to resolve the issue. Communication was day and night, as multiple people reached out separately regarding the same matter, so having one primary point of contact or at least a shared tone might make the experience smoother for future guests. The pool could have been a bit cleaner; internal surfaces and smell of water in particular, though the rest of the property was in great condition. We also experienced an unexpected family emergency during our stay, which the neighbors will mention. One of the hosts was incredibly kind, compassionate, and understanding during a very stressful situation, and we’re truly grateful for that support. Our interactions with another host felt more transactional and cold. Not the best experience there I must say. Overall, we really enjoyed the property, the area, and our time. With a few small improvements to communication and routine maintenance, this would easily be a five-star experience. We’d be happy to stay here again.

The host was very helpful, responsive and accommodating with questions on using the home’s upscale appliances. We actually used the huge hot tub during the light fall of snow. The outdoor kitchen area was amazing and the views of the lake. We really enjoyed the quietness and surrounding area of this home. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property!! Everything we expected and more! We will be back for sure.

This is a beautiful home, superior to other premium homes of similar size I have stayed at in Incline Village. Go to the property first before you go to the store as some very small things one might expect (kleenex boxes, hand lotion, hair dryers) aren't present. All aspects of the facility are top notch -- rooms/beds, bathrooms, outdoor decks, hot tub, home theater. The gym is better than most for a vacation spot. We didn't cook much but the kitchen is very well appointed. Hosts are very hands off but were responsive on arrival day. We had no material issues with anything operationally and would stay here again. Warm weather for our visit. Very quiet in the cul de sac when we were there.
