ArtHouse Santa Marinella B&B (beach)
Hi, we are a creative couple.
Our apartment is located very close to the sea, and is a perfect romantic nest for two lovers, the available room is very welcoming, and bright, with bohemian-style furnishings.
There is the possibility of accommodating a third person with a small sofa bed.
The total area of the apartment is 100 sq m, the bedroom is private with an area of 17 sq m.
We are 6 minutes walk from the sea,
8 minutes walk from the Child Jesus
And 20 minutes walk from Santa Marinella station
The room is perfect for those h looking for a relaxing and welcoming environment in an alternative apartment with very personal furnishings created by two artists.
See you soon!

We were planning to travel to Rome on some days and spend some days at the beach. The apartment is a long way from the station and there was no information about utilities, transport etc as you usually get in a holiday home. I would say that one needs to have a car if you want to go anywhere.
