Location is great! Cozy rental within short walking distance of the Argenta arts district. The house comes in under the radar, very nice for my wife and I and our adult dog to chillax in the NLR area. Not too fancy or pricey either, but well suited for busy days moving about around town. Loved having two bedrooms even though we only needed the one, just knowing we could have brought the kids is nice. We ate out all the time in our few nights there over spring break so didn’t need the kitchen or laundry equipment. Comfy little closed patio to enjoy time in the afternoon. Five stars recommended!
