Spazioso e moderno appartamento al piano terra all'interno di uno sviluppo di lusso selezionato situato nella zona della Città Vecchia di St Andrews, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro città. Due camere da letto, due bagni (uno en-suite), luminoso soggiorno open space, tutti i comfort, parcheggio privato, salotto esterno. C'è anche un comodo divano letto nel soggiorno per ospitare ospiti in più, quindi può ospitare fino a 6. La St Nicholas House faceva parte dell'alloggio d'imbarco di alta qualità per la St Leonards School, che fa parte della storia di St Andrews dal 1511. La Boot Room era l'area in cui i domestici pulivano gli stivali delle ragazze. Questa casa isolata con il suo frutteto storico è un luogo straordinario per ritirarsi. L'appartamento è tutto su un unico livello. Uno dei migliori attributi della Boot Room è la vicinanza al centro della città, pur essendo situato in una posizione tranquilla.

Just Book It!We absolutely loved our stay at the Boot Room! When I started searching for places in St. Andrews, there were several options with just a few reviews, and the Boot Room, which had over 20 positive reviews. I decided to go with all the positive reviews, and I’m so glad I did. Communication with the host, Alison was excellent. She was super responsive and kind enough to let us check in early. She provided birthday dinner options when asked, and Little Italy did not disappoint. She even offered us late check out, but unfortunately, we had an early flight. The Boot Room itself is probably one of the best VRBO’s we have stayed in, and we are well traveled. It has wonderful natural light. It’s bright, spacious and very clean. We were able to cook several meals there, as the kitchen is well stocked. Furniture was comfortable. There was plenty of space for a couple. Honestly, it felt like a palace after a week hotel rooms!It was an easy walk to the main downtown area and we had no issues walking to the Old Course, the grocery stores and restaurants. A short walk in the opposite direction takes you to the East Beach, which was mostly empty when we were there. We did not have a car, which made the location excellent for us. There is also a small orchard behind the buildings, that has a bench in it. We enjoyed sitting there in the sunshine. If you’re thinking of booking a VRBO in St. Andrew’s, do not hesitate to grab this one.

We love The Boot Room. A perfect home base close to the heart of StA with all the amenities you could need, plus comfortable beds, great water pressure and plenty of space. Always our favorite place to stay in StA.
