Wifi was pretty good.

Dirty, smelled, small, door to the bathroom didn't work.

The place was filthy, tiles falling out from f the ceiling, walls barely attached to the building, there was trash in the floor in the room when we walked. We did not stay it was too disgusting.

The appearance of everything is pleasant and cozy!

I didn’t like that we had a cockroach problem and had to leave. We had one female staff member who was pretty rude to us asking for a refund and even tried lying about how long we had been there and why didn’t we leave sooner. We were inside the room for less than 30 minutes when we saw the issue. We paid $208 for only 2 nights at what’s basically a motel, not a hotel which you expect to pay that for a hotel. We were questioned on why we would want a refund for cockroaches and having concern for our babies sleeping there by the female staff member working who answered our first call. We would have had 2 babies age 18months and 4 months sleeping in the room, and cockroaches ranging from tiny babies to adult size, and we were not rude, very understanding and very kind considering. We did not realize we would be treated badly by this staff member for not expecting cockroach infestation to be packaged in with the room, but I trust they’re working to fix the issue. The man was very kind and thanked us for being understanding which we are. It’s winter, it’s a motel, people bring things from other hotels, etc! May not even be their fault, but the rudeness and refund refusal was not needed from said female staff member. We did receive a refund finally, but it was much more difficult to get one than it should have been and only received one when mentioned that we had videos and pictures. They would have a wonderful cozy place if they fix their staffing issue and can manage the issue at hand. Best of luck to this Inn. They do have so much potential. Thank you!

We never stayed. Online it said they accepted dogs. When we got there they didn't. They were rude at check in.
