Excellent location, clean, quiet, very well thought-out and stocked. Seamless communication. Great value for money especially with the parking provisions next door.

There is an extractor fan installed at a property opposite the garden that is rather loud. This is no fault of the owners and it is common in Kifisia. The sound cannot be heard with the balcony doors closed but it is noticeable when open.

The apartment is in the middle of the commercial center of Kifisia, but quiet, very clean and very well equipped. It was perfect for our purpose.

Nothing!
