Everyting.. from the reception to the room to the swimming pool and food. Addy and the rest is very helpful. I love dat all food serve during breakfast is halal. Swimming pool access makes it convenient for my son.. The toilet is super class.. overall please stay and you will love the place.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Marin Phuket! Our room was very clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was really nice with a good variety to choose from. The kids club was great- our kids loved it. All of the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. I can't remember everyone's names, sorry, but thank you so much to Sky and the other staff at the Subsea Restaurant; Biw, Rainbow and the other lovely staff at the Subsea Cafe (I already miss my daily Iced Thai Style Espressos); Ben at the kids club; our housekeeper; and all the staff at the reception. We will definitely be back!

The only negative is that as a large family with young kids, we felt like we couldn't really enjoy the rooftop and all its facilities, such as the pool, playground and bar, because it didn't feel very safe. The barriers/glass panels were lower than we expected in certain areas, and there was one particular spot at the kids pool where there was a rather large gap in the handrail where a child could easily slip and fall straight off the roof (unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo). Thankfully, we had a pool access room, so we were able to enjoy the pool downstairs. Other than that, everything else was fantastic!

It’s modern, the food is good, the reception staff are great.

The kitchen staff at the breakfast buffet. Everything is an inconceivable exercise for them. Shocking service. Then I had to leave while eating, and grabbed some of my food in a napkin to go, and some young lady actually grabbed my arm and tried to stop me from leaving with food. Lucky I didn’t break her neck. The gym equipment is disappointing for a hotel this size. The location is not ideal. You need a bike or taxi to get anywhere. No walking.

The rooms are cramped & small The cook who makes the omelette in the breakfast uses same spoon for cooking omelette with pork!!! I asked him myself.
