Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse voll ok! Leider sind die Eisenbahngleise in unmittelbarer Nähe ...

Ich kann diese Unterkunft wirklich jedem empfehlen der zu Besuch in Triest ist! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt! Das Meer ist wenige Gehminuten entfernt und es gibt Versorgung jeder Art in der unmittelbaren Umgebung (Restaurants/Snacks/Kiosk/Eis/Apotheke usw.). Der Strand ist sauber und das Meer ist sooo schön. Es gibt genügend Toiletten und Essen&Trinken am Strand. Zum Zentrum Triest braucht man mit den Öffis max. 10min. Alles ist mit dem öffentlichen Bus erreichbar (die Haltestellen sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe). Die Villa befindet sich in einer wunderbaren, sicheren Umgebung. Es hat einen schönen Garten und unser Zimmer hat sogar Meerblick- traumhaft! Das Zimmer ist groß & sauber & man fühlt sich direkt sehr wohl. Auch Parkplätze auf der Straße sind gratis. Die Besitzerin ist mega freundlich und hilfsbereit & soo cool drauf (& auch immer erreichbar für Fragen oder sonstiges). Das Zimmer ist ein Traum vor allem das Badezimmer ein HIT! Das Frühstück ist einfach & köstlich! Alles ist blitzeblank und seeehr wohlig. Wir kommen wieder!

Get to chat with the host every morning over breakfast which is a nice personal touch - a couple bottles of water provided upon arrival. Although tap water is safe to drink, gesture like this differentiates hosts who put thought into their guests - clean and tidy room with good designs - close to the sea, and some distance from the chaotic town. Town is still well connected by public transport - simple breakfast but we are satisfied (fried egg, yoghurt, fresh fruits, croissants, cereals, coffee, tea, juice, gluten free options). We also like the homey feel of the kitchen

The perfect location to stay when in Trieste! We are a family of 4, passing through Trieste, on our way home, wanting to spend 1 day in Trieste. And we really loved our stay at Villa Bonafata. Host, Alessandra, was so nice, hospitable, warm and gave such good tips and information about Trieste. Room, beds and bathroom were all perfect. Breakfast was also very nice! Villa Bonafata is a beautiful house, in a beautiful and calm part of town, with very easy access to transportation around town. When we are back in Trieste we would always love to stay here.
