The host, Pat, was very cordial and welcoming.
This is an unpretentious room-only let in a quiet, well-kept, family house.
Bathroom and guest cloakroom are shared with the family.
Tea and coffee making facilities are available in the family kitchen.
Comfortable double bed.
Huge TV in room.
Tranquil neighbourhood.
Very convenient for East Surrey Hospital.

The room was ideal for the one night I stayed.
The owner, Pat, is a lovely woman who accommodated my stay wonderfully and was very kind.
There isn’t much I can say, just little picky things.
The tv remotes I couldn’t get to work but that’s not the end of the world.
