Nice that it was close to Imperial World Mall and Samrong BTS Station(nowhere ever mentioned and should be). Other then those things a nice quant place. NO flooding issues but your ceiling in the bathroom got a LOT of water needs to be addressed.

First and Foremost, your ad as in Thai and I can’t read Thai, so should also been in English so people know for sure what your establishment name is and where you are. You have ants all over the place, you need to get this matter addressed. I had my door open, didn’t know it validated any of your rules, and rudely was told to close it. Why be rude, I am a customer deserving to know why I can’t have my door open. You do not talk to customers like this. If she doesn’t like me or Americans so be it but you do not talk to customers like this. Ever since I arrived, I had to beg for information about your facility. I shouldn’t have to do that. I didn’t even know how to leave your premises. I had to find out myself then she informed me how to reenter the establishment, TERRIBLE! No where anywhere on Booking.com did it say I have to pay to wash my clothes and if you did how much 10ThB x3 ONLY. Stated a wash machine in my room and even a kitchen. All lies. Speaking about the kitchen. That is a mess. Too many dishes but being for ALL maybe not but the place seemed duty. Even I found myself having to clean up after others NOT knowing who those others were. Terrible. My advise have your staff THOROUGHLY clean it twice a day. My stay was 18 days. Only linens twice and towels changed out three times in 18days. I felt should have been more often. Not once ever told how often room was to be cleaned or changed. I did have to ask and I think I was told Linens changed weekly and cleaned very third day but I was there for 18days. Unacceptable should have been be more often than I experienced. The other I had to inform when I was leaving so you could have cleaned and changed linens. I had to inform. That is TERRIBLE when leaving. I left one time for hours and came back asked when my linen will be changed and asked when I was going to leave. I left for hours earlier, so I was basically told to leave again.
