We had wonderful experience at Villa Cleto. The room was spotless, so clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The owner and his family were so friendly and helpful. The location was quiet but convenient. I will choose to stay for my next trip to Panjim.
There is no lift in the building. They helped my luggage to 2nd floor.

Very well located, nearby to the sight seeing.

The quiet neighborhood
Not worth for money. Food not allowed. No dustbins in room. Booked a balcony room, but provided normal one.
No parking.
Rooms actual worth is 1.2k but they charge double.
Linens were pretty ordinary.
Bathroom floor was dusty.
No locker facility.
I think they mislead the foreigners, Indians will understand quickly that it's not worth for the money spend
